How do returns work?

Right of return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason and receive a full refund.

When can you return an item?

You can only request a return under the following conditions:

• You received the product/service no more than 14 days ago.
• The product is unused and undamaged.

When is it not possible?

If you have a product custom-made (we do not count preparing a file for print as custom-made).

How do I return an item?

Here is how the return process works:

1. Send an email to info@pixelprints.nl for your return request. Providing a reason is not mandatory, but it is appreciated.
2. We will review your request and send you an approval.
