Still have the broken or original part? Sending it in is enough. A 3D scan creates an accurate, print-ready model, the most precise method, especially for irregular shapes or fine details that are hard to measure by hand.
Note: this requires the part to be physically sent in. Scanning based on photos isn't possible.
Drawing with measurements
Lost the part, or prefer not to send it in? A drawing with the key measurements is enough, no technical CAD drawing needed, a clear sketch is sufficient.
The more measurements provided, the more precisely the end result will match the original.
Which situations do you use us for?
In installation work, you'll run into parts that simply don't exist, or no longer exist, more often than you'd expect. Here are the situations this covers.
Piping that deviates from the standard size
Standard pipe clamps cover the common sizes, but with an unusual diameter, angle, or mounting situation, improvising is needed. Providing the measurements is enough for a clamp or bracket that will fit the pipe or duct exactly, without adjusting anything on site.
A part the manufacturer no longer supplies
Instead of replacing the whole unit, the missing piece gets remade based on a scan or a drawing with measurements, so it soon fits again as if the original was never gone.
An enclosure that has to fit your space exactly
A holder for a sensor, a cover for cabling, a component that needs to clip into place in a switch cabinet or plant room. Custom work that fits the exact space you have.
Two systems that don't easily connect
